Eligible in-stock items may be considered for return if they are unworn, undamaged, complete with original packaging and reported within the review period following confirmed delivery.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, without signs of wear, resizing, damage, misuse or unauthorized modification.
Customers should contact HC Jewelry before sending any item back. No return should be shipped without prior review and return authorization.
Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected. If the return request is approved, a refund may be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
Original shipping charges, insurance charges, duties, taxes or other non-refundable service charges may be excluded from refunds unless otherwise required or agreed.
